RBKids Volunteer Trianing

Calling all RBKids Volunteers or Want-to-be Volunteers! Please join us in W1 on Sunday, November 9, at noon for lunch and training to fully equip you to teach kids!  All are welcome as we dive into procedures, teaching techniques, and brainstorming ideas for our Children's Ministry!

River Bend Thanksgiving Dinner

Sunday, November 23

Take an evening to fellowship with River Bend family and give thanks for the many blessings God has provided.  On Sunday, November 23, at 5:30 p.m. there will be a Thanksgiving dinner. The church will provide the meat.  Sign-up sheets are provided in the foyer to RSVP and for those who can bring desserts, side dishes or click the button below to RSVP online.

Celebrate Light

Make plans to join us anytime on December 5-7 and 12-14 between 6:30 & 8:30 pm.

Preparations are underway for Celebrate Light, River Bend’s walk-through festival of lights.  We are in need of volunteers for the following crews:

Painting (at your convenience, email Todd Melton for more information)

Workday Crew (November 8, 9 am - noon)    

Advance Setup Crew (November 29, 8 am – noon)

Event Setup and/or Tear Down Crew (December 5-7 and 12-14, 5:30-6:30 pm, 8:30-9:00 pm)

Host/Hostess Crew (December 5-7 and 12-14, 6:00-9:00 pm)

Come enjoy tasty savory snacks and let the festivities begin! Guests are invited to bring their yummiest Christmas sweet treat to dazzle the group. Get ready for a merry decoration gift swap - gifts around $15, please.
