| The name AWANA is an acronym that stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. This name is based on 1 Timothy 2:15 that reads "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth." | ||||||||||||
| Cubbies | ||||||||||||
| Preschool children will have fun with a purpose at AWANA through games, puppets, crafts, and other activities. Children will take a journey through the Bible. Bible-centered activities will assist children in building an understanding of important Christian concepts that are age appropriate. | ||||||||||||
| Sparks | ||||||||||||
| Sparks will take children (kindergarten through 2nd grade) a step deeper into God's Word by incorporating exciting activities with important Bible truths. Children will enjoy the AWANA game circle as well as scripture memory and Bible lessons. | ||||||||||||
| Truth & Training | ||||||||||||
| Children 3rd through 5th grades will enjoy the adventure found in Truth & Training. "Truth" expresses the importance to present the truth of God's Word, and "Training" shows our desire for children to follow Christ, T&T is the program that trains the leaders of tomorrow - today. | ||||||||||||
